Dos & Don’ts for the staffs of the orphanage:
1. He/she can’t beat or give any kind of physical punishment to any child.
2. She/he can’t smoke in the orphanage premises.
3. Mental torture is not allowed. Only educational punishment may be given under the supervision of the resident tutor.
4. Caretakers are not allowed to do any kind of bad behave to the children.
5. Male stuffs can’t enter the female premises without the permission of Orphanage resident Head.
6. Any kind of stealing or misbehave with fellow colleague will dismiss the job of any stuff.
7. Use of drugs and other illegal materials like firearms etc will be considered as dismissal of the job of the IOT staff. And proper legal action will be taken in these circumstances.
